  • Prepare and submit reports, and address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
  • Supervise a team of 3-4 people and ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:

  • 35 hours per week.
  • Permanent position.
  • English language required.
