About the Job:

As a Community Health Worker with Interior Health Authority, you will be part of a dynamic team of healthcare professionals who support clients' independence and ability to stay at home.

Our Community Health Workers provide home support services to clients, assisting with personal care and daily living activities while promoting maximum independence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing personal care and daily living assistance to clients
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy environment in the home
  • Preparing meals in accordance with designated plans
  • Assisting with mobility and transfers
  • Observing and reporting changes in client behavior and condition
  • Performing delegated tasks according to training and procedures

We currently have multiple permanent part-time positions available in Penticton, a scenic city in BC's Okanagan Valley.
