About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Architect to lead our digital transformation initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance on data architecture and ensuring that our solutions meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.

Job Description

As a Data Architect Lead, you will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and develop innovative solutions to drive growth and improvement. Your expertise in data modelling, data analysis, metadata management, and data transformation will be essential in helping us deliver successful projects.

You will also provide technical leadership to our team, ensuring that we stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the field. Your experience in product or technology selection, client engagement, and staff management will be highly valued in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data architectures that meet the needs of our clients and internal stakeholders
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to our team members
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and develop tailored solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data architecture
  • Manage and coach a small team of data architects to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in data architecture, with experience in developing and implementing data models and architectures
  • Excellent technical skills, including proficiency in at least three mainstream data technologies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience in managing and coaching teams, with a focus on developing and mentoring staff
  • A strong understanding of industry trends and best practices in data architecture

Salary and Benefits
