Job Title: Deskside Support Level 2

At PeopleToGo, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deskside Support Level 2 to join our team. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform intermediate-to-advanced hardware break-fix services on PCs, laptops, network printers, and servers.
  • Perform intermediate-to-advanced IMAC services, including hardware roll-outs, refreshes, and other deployment-related activities.
  • Handle software installation, support, and upgrades.
  • Provide 2nd level Help Desk support.
  • Perform basic LAN and internetworking-related activities.
  • Handle bench repairs and remedial maintenance.
  • Respond to and update calls from our National Dispatch/Call Management Center.
  • Communicate with customers to diagnose problems, establish ETA, and parts requirements.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of IMAC experience in hardware roll-outs, refreshes, and other deployment-related activities.
  • 3-5 years of deskside support experience.
  • 3-5 years of break-fix experience.
  • Strong internetworking and troubleshooting skills.
  • A+ certification and at least one certification from either Cisco or Microsoft.
  • May have other vendor certifications from OEMs (Dell, Toshiba, Lenovo, HP).
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to complete tasks effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Availability to work flexible schedules.
  • Minimum of a Diploma from a recognized IT program.
