Job Title: Account Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive to join our team at Kenan Courier and Logistics. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for analyzing and providing advice on managerial methods and organization of our establishment, conducting research to determine efficiency and effectiveness of managerial policies and programs, proposing improvements to methods, systems, and procedures, and supervising staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and provide advice on managerial methods and organization of our establishment
  • Conduct research to determine efficiency and effectiveness of managerial policies and programs
  • Propose improvements to methods, systems, and procedures
  • Plan the re-organization of operations
  • Supervise staff
Support for Persons with Disabilities:
  • Provides physical accessibility accommodations (e.g., ramps, elevators)
  • Provides visual accessibility accommodations (e.g., braille, screen readers)
  • Provides auditory accessibility accommodations (e.g., transcription software, teletypewriters)
  • Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports persons with disabilities

Support for Newcomers and Refugees:
  • Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees
  • Assists with immediate settlement needs of newcomers and/or refugees (e.g., housing, transportation, storage, childcare, winter clothing)
  • Supports social and labor market integration of newcomers and/or refugees (e.g., facilitating access to community resources, language training, skills training)
Support for Veterans:
  • Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports Veterans
  • Offers mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for Veterans
  • Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for Veterans
Support for Indigenous People:
  • Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports Indigenous people
  • Offers mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers
  • Develops and maintains relationships with Indigenous communities, Indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations
Support for Mature Workers:
  • Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports mature workers
  • Applies hiring policies that discourage age discrimination
  • Provides staff with awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for mature workers
Support for Visible Minorities:
  • Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports members of visible minorities
  • Applies hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities
  • Offers mentorship programs that pair members of visible minorities with experienced employees
