About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Donor Services Representative to join our dynamic team at the Moncton Donor Centre in New Brunswick.

This role plays a vital part in supporting Canadian Blood Services by collecting donor blood in a safe and efficient manner, enabling us to provide life-saving products to patients across Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and serve donors with exceptional customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for each individual.
  • Confirm appointments, rebook donors as needed, and promote donations to potential donors.
  • Work collaboratively with the Donor Centre team to ensure successful events and maintain a safe and organized workstation.
  • Participate in mobile events within our communities, setting up booths, tables, and equipment to support donor clinics.
Requirements
  • High school completion is required. Previous experience in hospitality or customer service-oriented environments is considered an asset.
  • Technical skills, including Microsoft Word and Outlook, with the ability to learn new systems and programs.
  • A second language may be beneficial in supporting a positive donor experience.
  • Physical requirements include lifting weights up to 10 kg (22 lbs.).

Shifts and Schedule

This role primarily serves our Moncton permanent donor centre on a 5-day week basis, with occasional travel to mobile donor events.

The shifts will vary, and you must be flexible to accommodate assigned shifts based on operational needs.
