Job Title: Front Desk Hotel Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Front Desk Hotel Team Member to join our team at Alberta Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling front desk operations, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle front desk operations, including checking in and out guests, managing room assignments, and processing payments.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming environment, including cleaning and disinfecting public areas, restocking linens and amenities, and ensuring that all facilities are in good working order.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and completing paperwork.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
