About the Role

This Senior Manager, Business Analysis position is a key leadership role at Tangerine, where you will be responsible for driving the business analysis chapter's continuous improvement and strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Business Analysts, providing coaching and education on best practices.
  • Champion a high-performance environment, implementing a people strategy that attracts, retains, develops, and motivates the team.
  • Responsible for allocation, utilization, recruitment, and development of Business Analysts to achieve personal and organizational objectives.
  • Lead and develop the team to provide high-quality professional services to clients, understanding their business needs across complex initiatives.
  • Ensure Business Analysis deliverables are clearly documented and understood for system and process changes.
  • Coach and mentor the team through the initiative process, developing user stories, BRDs, requirements traceability matrices, and other project deliverables.
About You

We are looking for a seasoned business analysis leader with a strong background in managing teams and driving business improvement initiatives.

  • 5-10 years of business or operational analysis experience, with at least 5 years in a management level position.
  • Completion of a post-secondary business/technology/systems degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous experience operating in an Agile environment and possessing an Agile mindset.
  • Experience in the financial services industry is preferred, with experience in a Digital organization being an asset.
