Program Director - Toronto Radio

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Director to lead our Toronto Radio team. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for fostering a positive and collaborative station culture, setting and upholding high performance standards, and collaborating with corporate and radio division teams to implement strategic initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Foster a positive and collaborative station culture
* Set and uphold high performance standards
* Collaborate with corporate and radio division teams to implement strategic initiatives
* Manage general administration, HR matters, and budget oversight

**Requirements**

* Post-secondary education in radio broadcasting, broadcast communications, or a related field
* Demonstrated understanding of multi-platform branding
* Experience in successfully managing the programming department of a radio station
* Strong relationship-building skills with key stakeholders and partners
* Strong leadership qualities, including candor, openness, integrity, respect, trust, and innovative thinking
