Job Summary:

CB Canada is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the operations team, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Assist with coordinating logistics and supply chain activities, including inventory management and shipping/receiving.
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and other documents to track key performance indicators and business metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business administration or a related field an asset.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or operations role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
