As a Chief Financial Strategist at Fed Finance, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of our clients. We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our team and drive strategic decision-making.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Financial Controller with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a management position. Your expertise will include seat on the management committee, supervising all financial accounting activities, and managing all management accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth
  • Lead and manage a team of financial experts
  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and reports
  • Supervise cash management, invoicing, accounts receivable, customer credit files, collection activities, accounts payable, and payroll processing
  • Analyze balance sheet and income statement items, including inventory data
  • Ensure company compliance with tax laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with other departments on administrative and financial aspects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in administration or accounting, and membership in the Ordre des CPA du Québec (an asset)
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a management position
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and knowledge of Power Platform suite
  • Experience with integrated systems (ERP)
  • Fluency in spoken and written French, and mastery of English for external communication
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent organizational skills, good judgment, and excellent communication skills

Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
