Car Wash Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Car Wash Supervisor to join our team at G & B FUEL & CNVCE STORE. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our car wash facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties efficiently.
- Site Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard and that the site is safe and clean.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our quality standards are met and that our customers receive the best possible service.
- Service Development: Identify opportunities to improve our services and recommend additional services such as painting, repair work, or replacement of equipment to enhance the customer experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure that our car wash facilities are integrated into the overall operations of the store.
- Scheduling: Establish work schedules to ensure that our facilities are staffed appropriately to meet customer demand.
- Leadership Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Communication Skills: Excellent oral communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
- Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Dependability: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
