Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a wide range of menu items, from classic pizzas to other Italian specialties.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, ensuring that all equipment and utensils are in good working order.
- Supervision: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless operation.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we always have the necessary ingredients and materials on hand.
- Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean kitchen and work areas, adhering to strict health and safety protocols.
This is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and ability to multitask are essential. We offer a permanent position with a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
