Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Agricultural Labourer to join our team at Feth Farms Ginseng Company Ltd. The ideal candidate will have experience working on a farm and be able to perform a variety of tasks related to crop cultivation, maintenance, and harvesting.

About the Role

This is a seasonal position that requires flexibility and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for planting, cultivating, and irrigating crops, as well as operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops using various methods and equipment
  • Maintain farm equipment and machinery, including tractors, trucks, and sprayers
  • Harvest crops according to schedule and quality standards
  • Examine products for quality and readiness for market
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license
  • Experience working on a farm or in a related field
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and work in physically demanding conditions
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  • Flexibility to work varying hours and weekends as needed
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, including hot, cold, wet, and dusty environments. They will also be required to work at heights and navigate uneven terrain.

Benefits
