Hardware Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Build, test, and service all computer products, ensuring they meet the required standards.
- Assess and report back on findings on a case-by-case basis, providing detailed analysis and recommendations.
- Locate the root cause of custom concerns and recommend actions to resolve the issue.
- Install and configure software, hardware, drivers, and BIOS related items, ensuring seamless integration.
- Provide sales support and technical guidance to customers, addressing their queries and concerns.
Qualifications/ Key Competencies:
- Must be able to read and speak English fluently, with additional languages considered an asset.
- Hand soldering skills are highly preferred and considered an asset, with experience in SMT and board-level repairs.
- Understanding of computer hardware assembly and setup, including BIOS setup, Windows installation, and device interfaces.
- Able to repair laptop components, including LCD, mainboard, and other parts.
- Ability to work well under pressure, with high attention to detail and analytical decision-making skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
