Occupational Health Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Homewood Health, Canada's leading service provider for medically focused treatment of mental health and addiction disorders.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires exceptional customer service and organizational skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing medical records, filing client documents, preparing and sending files off-site, completing billing activities, and responding to clinician inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Record Management: Upload medical records, enter data into OHasis, file client records, and maintain order in the file room.
  • Billing Activities: Process invoices, track costs for each client file, and respond to clinician billing-related inquiries.
  • Project Support: Contribute to ad-hoc projects as they arise.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of administrative experience, including database management.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work well with others.
  • Detail-oriented, accurate, and accountable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and a database system.
