We're a family-owned restaurant in Burlington, Ontario, serving fresh oysters and seafood since 1985. Our team is passionate about providing exceptional hospitality and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Job Title: Host/Hostess

We're seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our front-of-house team as a host/hostess. As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll be responsible for greeting them with a warm welcome, managing reservations, and preparing and seating tables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the flow of our dining room, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our guests
  • Handle reservations, takeout orders, and other front-of-house tasks
  • Work collaboratively with our front-of-house team to ensure excellent customer service
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food service industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
