Aboriginal Insurance Services Inc is seeking a highly skilled Administration Manager to spearhead multiple projects within their group of companies.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage timelines for projects
  • Work with stakeholders to provide guidance and support
  • Streamline and monitor processes

Administration

  • Provide stakeholders with internal communication regarding all entities
  • Manage day-to-day operational tasks for all four entities
  • Compile data on industry trends for strategic development

Marketing

  • Implement marketing strategies and coordinate campaigns
  • Provide analysis results of campaigns across various channels
  • Coordinate marketing events, trade shows, and conferences

Finance

  • Payroll submissions and remittances
  • Expense reconciliation
  • Accounts receivable

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in managing an executive office and/or project management
  • Business Administration degree preferred, although experience will be considered
  • Experience working with Indigenous communities and Elders
  • Previous experience in an insurance industry would be an asset
  • High level of verbal and written communication
  • Previous experience with Cultural Preservation, Economic Development, and Land Stewardship would be an asset
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, PP, Outlook)
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to solve problems and communicate at all levels of the organization
  • Maintains a professional, respectful, inclusive demeanor at all times
  • A positive attitude with the flexibility of adapting to constant change
