Job Title: Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at Alberta Pipe Fittings Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes managing staff, overseeing the leasing of space, developing marketing strategies, and planning and managing the facility's operations budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire and oversee the training and supervision of staff
  • Oversee the leasing of space in the facility and develop marketing strategies
  • Plan and manage the facility's operations budget
  • Plan, organize, and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security, and snow removal
  • Train customers' staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
