$90,000 - $120,000 per year (dependent on experience)

Job Description

We are seeking a Lead Business Solutions Specialist to lead new client implementation from initial assessment to go-live and follow-up training. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading new client implementation from initial assessment to go-live and follow-up training.
  • Being a client liaison for product configuration and customization to satisfy unique workflow requirements.
  • Gathering feedback and ideas for ongoing product improvement and participating in product development backlog prioritization.
  • Promoting and preserving the company's reputation/image in the market place through sales, client meetings, and other interactions.
  • Communicating the product value proposition and unique advantages within and outside the organization.
  • Maintaining accurate and professional documentation for lead/client management.
  • Providing initial and follow-up training for all categories of product users.
  • Collaborating with Sales, Support, and other departments to maintain consistent levels of service and quality.
  • Serving as a key member of the Support team, handling complex questions, finding solutions, and ensuring user satisfaction.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with product configuration and customization.
