We are seeking a skilled Senior Mechanic to join our team at Bowlero Corporation. As a Senior Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing all bowling center equipment, including automatic pin spotters, scoring equipment, lanes, and building systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and repair all bowling center equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Monitor and maintain clean, high-scoring, and consistent lane conditions for USBC standards.
  • Perform daily center maintenance on HVAC, roofing, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Clean, repair, and adjust foul lights and other bowling equipment.
  • Manage day-to-day assignments and duties for Mechanics and Assistant Mechanics.
  • Train Mechanics and Assistant Mechanics to Bowlero's standards.
  • Abide by and follow safety procedures and operation procedures.
  • Ensure shop and machine areas are always clean and organized.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent with algebra, geometry, and/or applied mathematics.
  • Three to five years of related experience in the Mechanical Field.
  • Excellent Communication Skills with employees, Management, and customers.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common technical manuals and schematics.
