Industrial Operations Manager for Manufacturing Excellence

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Operations Manager to oversee the manufacturing process and drive excellence in our Ontario Inc facility. This is a leadership role that requires strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and the ability to motivate a team.
About the Role:
- Prepare and submit regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Identify opportunities to increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance product quality, implementing changes as needed.
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols, investigating incidents, and recommending corrective actions.
- Develop and implement efficient work schedules, ensuring seamless production flow and minimal downtime.
- Provide coaching and training to team members, empowering them to take ownership of their roles and responsibilities.
- Serve as a liaison between management and employees, fostering open communication and resolving conflicts promptly.
- Promote a culture of accountability, recognizing and rewarding outstanding performance and employee contributions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, such as improving quality, reducing waste, and increasing customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, staying up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits to assess processes and identify areas for improvement, implementing necessary adjustments to maintain or improve efficiency.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in industrial operations, manufacturing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving process improvements, reducing costs, and enhancing product quality.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated expertise in safety protocols, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
