Job Summary

CompuCom Systems, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Field Services Manager to oversee the delivery of technical services to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Field Technicians and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the performance of Field Technicians to ensure that service level agreements are met.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals.
  • Schedule projects and manage resources to meet client requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide feedback to leadership on the performance of assigned staff and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist in budget development and financial planning for the Field Services team.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on all Service Management activities and operations.
  • Manage personnel and discipline issues, including hiring, terminations, and performance evaluations.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of related work experience and a Bachelor's degree, technical training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous management experience is desirable.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and leadership skills required.
