Pok Global is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, including scheduling appointments, managing mail and other materials, and preparing minutes of meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to staff, including answering telephone calls, responding to electronic enquiries, and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Communication: Develop and implement communication strategies to ensure effective communication with staff, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee data, minutes of meetings, and other relevant information.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to multitask, and strong organizational skills.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work independently and as part of a team.
