We are seeking a compassionate Personal Support Worker to provide essential care to clients in Greater Sudbury, Canada.
Key Responsibilities- Assist clients with personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility, promoting independence and enhancing their quality of life.
- Provide support with medication administration and daily exercises, ensuring clients receive the care they need.
- Monitor clients' health status and report any changes to healthcare professionals, ensuring timely interventions.
- Offer companionship and emotional support, creating a positive and supportive environment.
- Assist with light household duties, such as cleaning and meal preparation, maintaining a safe and comfortable living space.
- Certification as a Personal Support Worker (PSW) in Canada, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare settings, demonstrating a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
- Strong communication skills and empathy towards patients, fostering a positive and supportive relationship.
- Physical ability to perform lifting and supporting movements, ensuring clients receive the care they need.
