Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and yearly targets
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver outstanding results
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to set sales goals and objectives
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement
  • Implement and maintain high standards of customer service and sales processes
Requirements
  • Proven sales management experience in the automotive industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
  • Experience with sales technology and tools
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
