Award-winning ABB Canada, a top employer for the 8th consecutive year, is seeking an experienced Market Growth Strategist to lead our water and wastewater segment in Canada.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth in the water and wastewater market. This includes defining industry strategies, leading customer account planning, and implementing pursuit teams to capture new business opportunities.

You will work closely with our product management team to develop segment-specific product offerings and solutions that meet the needs of our customers. Your strong industry knowledge and experience in the water and wastewater markets will enable you to build effective relationships with key stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration.

We are offering a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off. Additionally, you will have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to help you grow your career.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, with at least 8 years of relevant sales and business experience. Industry knowledge and experience in the water and wastewater markets are essential, as well as proven commercial experience in leading business development, account management, and cross-selling strategies. Strong communication and customer relationship-building skills are also required.
