Salary and Benefits

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Executive Lawyer to join our team. As a key member of our corporate/commercial and real estate practice group, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and representation to our clients on matters related to corporate/commercial law, real estate law, and employment law.

  • Advise clients on corporate/commercial law matters, including company formation, mergers and acquisitions, and contract negotiation;
  • Represent clients in real estate transactions, including property purchases, sales, and leasing;
  • Provide employment law advice to clients, including employee contracts, terminations, and workplace disputes;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions;
  • Collaborate with other lawyers and support staff to achieve team goals and deliver excellent client service.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate/commercial and real estate law;
  • A strong academic record and a JD or LLB degree from a recognized institution;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues;
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions;
  • A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, staying up-to-date with changes in the law and industry trends.
