We are seeking an experienced and skilled Financial Planning Software Specialist to join our team at Royal Bank of Canada (RBC). In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in financial planning software to drive business growth and deliver exceptional results.

About the Role:

This is a highly specialized position that requires a strong understanding of financial planning software and tools. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction. Your expertise will be essential in identifying opportunities for improvement and developing solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Financial Planning Strategies: Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial planning strategies that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
  • Provide Expertise on Financial Planning Software: Provide expert guidance and support on financial planning software and tools to ensure seamless integration and adoption.
  • Analyze and Interpret Data: Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop recommendations to optimize business performance.

Requirements:

  • Bilingualism (English and French): Fluency in both English and French is required to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues across Canada.
  • Undergraduate Education in Finance or Wealth Management: A degree in finance or wealth management is preferred, as it provides a strong foundation in financial principles and practices.
  • CFP, IQPF, QAFP, F.PI., CLU, RRC, or PFP Designation: A professional designation in finance or wealth management is highly desirable, demonstrating expertise and commitment to the field.
  • Minimum 3-5 Years of Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in the financial planning or wealth management industry is required to possess the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Strong Research Skills: Excellent research skills are essential to analyze data, identify trends, and develop recommendations to optimize business performance.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication skills are necessary to collaborate with stakeholders, provide expert guidance, and communicate complex ideas to non-technical audiences.
