Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Installation Supervisor to join our team at INNOVA DOORS LTD. as a key member of our exterior installation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation of doors and windows, ensuring high-quality workmanship and meeting project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the installation of doors and windows, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Lead and instruct a team of installation technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Monitor and control costs, estimating materials and labor requirements to ensure accurate budgeting.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings, identifying potential issues and implementing solutions.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, maintaining accurate records and inventory.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in exterior installation, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent oral communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work outdoors, with regular exposure to varying weather conditions. The work setting will be primarily installation-related, with occasional travel to various locations.
