Job Title: Bilingual - Corporate Receptionist

Brandt is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team in either our Regina or Moncton Customer Support Center location. As a key member of our front-line team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to telephone, email, and in-person inquiries from clients, candidates, and other parties, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Refer all inquiries to the appropriate individuals, divisions, or departments across the organization.
  • Prepare and distribute various documents, reports, and correspondence as needed.
  • Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
  • Coordinate logistical aspects of departmental programs, such as meetings, seminars, and events.
  • Arrange and book meetings, ensuring the necessary presentation equipment is available.
  • Present a positive and professional image of the organization to all visitors, suppliers, and other interactions.
  • Provide information to staff and/or clients about special activities and events.
  • Administer and manage inbound/outbound mail, including priority post, packages, and courier services.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-4 years of direct work experience in a receptionist capacity preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
  • Bilingual French and English is considered an asset.
