Are you a seasoned HR professional with a passion for driving business growth? Do you thrive on using your expertise to support senior leaders and foster a high-performance culture? We're seeking a talented HR Business Partner to join our team at Coveo, a pioneer in AI-powered search and recommendations.

About the Role

As an HR Business Partner, you'll advise senior leaders in our Sales and Marketing teams across Canada, the US, Europe, and Australia. Your role will be pivotal in driving organizational effectiveness and fostering a high-performance culture. You'll shape and implement people strategies that align with business goals, while collaborating with our corporate HR team to ensure your Business Unit has the resources it needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop deep, trusting partnerships with your Business Units' senior leadership, providing coaching and sound advice.
  • Take full ownership of talent management for your Business Unit - including performance assessment, identifying top talent, career pathing, succession planning, and effective performance management.
  • Leverage data to monitor and diagnose problems at their root. Conduct hands-on analyses when necessary. Take responsibility for managing turnover.
  • Represent your Business Units' interests and concerns when collaborating with corporate HR. You will lead the implementation of corporate programs, policies, and initiatives with a focus on change management within your Business Units.
  • Directly contribute to, as well as lead certain transformational, cross-departmental projects.
  • Drive change management by aligning HR strategies with business goals and facilitating effective communication. Monitor progress, address resistance, and work to embed the change into the organization's culture, ensuring a smooth and successful transition.
  • Uphold our compensation philosophy and ensure internal equity.

Requirements

  • You have a proven track record as a senior HR professional, consistently adding value as a trusted business partner.
  • Navigating complex challenges and driving impactful solutions comes naturally to you.
  • Building deep, trusting relationships with senior leadership is one of your core strengths. Your sound judgment and ability to diagnose and address issues effectively are invaluable assets.
  • You are a skilled, tactful communicator in both English and French, which is crucial for engaging with your customer groups across North America and Europe.

What We Offer

We're a collaborative, diverse, and trusting place to work filled with amazingly talented and passionate people. We love a good challenge, and we never say no to an opportunity to learn and develop new cutting-edge skills. Our modern infrastructures are designed to enhance cross-team collaboration and promote overall well-being.

Work Environment

This role requires you to be in the office full-time, whether it be at our Quebec, Montreal, Weert, or London locations. Our offices are designed to foster collaboration and your well-being.
