Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Transportation Operations Manager to join our team at 12124599 Canada inc. as a Truck Driver-Supervisor. This is a permanent position with a 35-hour workweek.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 workers and oversee projects to ensure timely completion and quality standards.
  • Train or arrange for training to enhance team members' skills and knowledge.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Recommend personnel actions to support team development and performance.
  • Procure or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience or equivalent.
Work Environment

  • Excellent oral communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances.
  • Organized to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
