Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Coordinator to join our team at 21 Century Trading Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Prepare and maintain progress reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Train workers in duties and policies to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to support operational needs.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment with a regular schedule of 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
