We're seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Save-On-Foods. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you'll be responsible for managing day-to-day pharmacy operations, including dispensing, maximizing clinical opportunities, and administering vaccinations. You'll also be expected to maintain inventory within the pharmacy, ensure compliance with Provincial and Federal regulations, and remain current on the latest trends in the pharmacy industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations, including dispensing, maximizing clinical opportunities, and administering vaccinations.
  • Maintain inventory within the pharmacy.
  • Ensure compliance with Provincial and Federal regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Remain current on the latest trends in the pharmacy industry.
  • Offer private consultations to our patients while maintaining a patient-centered care culture.
  • Provide clinical services, including medication management and health screening.

Requirements:

  • Canadian Pharmacist license and good standing with the respective College of Pharmacists.
  • Injection certification.
  • Proficiency with Pharmacy Software solutions, preferably Kroll.
  • Experience with Opioid Agonist Treatment (OAT) and completed mandatory training when required.
  • Ability to assess, plan, and apply clinical knowledge when required.
  • Additional training or certifications (considered an asset).
