Job Title: Hospitality Team Member

We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Hospitality Team Member to join our team at Tim Hortons. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and working in a fast-paced environment.

About the Job:

  • This role involves providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • You will be responsible for operating the point of sale system, handling cash and credit transactions, and processing orders in a timely manner.
  • In addition, you will assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and maintaining the overall appearance of the restaurant.

Requirements:

  • You must have a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role.
  • You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations quickly.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
