Job Title: Server - Food and Beverage Services Professional

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Chatora Indian Restaurant. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
  • Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables
  • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers
  • Advise customers on menu selections
  • Balance cash and record sales
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs
  • Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages
  • Serve food and beverages
  • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs
  • Provide customer service
