We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Product Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping our product strategy and driving innovation. As part of our cross-functional teams, you will lead the development of cutting-edge solutions that align with our customers' needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to develop and launch new features across our technology ecosystem.
  • User-Centric Requirements Gathering: Collect and prioritize product requirements based on user feedback, analytics, and business impact.
  • Agile Development Facilitation: Lead agile development processes to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Performance Measurement: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
  • Best Practices: Advocate for best practices in product development to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of product management experience, preferably in technical environments or e-commerce, with hands-on experience in Shopify and related systems.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of Shopify and experience with surrounding systems, such as inventory management solutions, CRM tools, payment processing platforms, and analytics systems.
  • Technical Understanding: Strong grasp of software development processes and methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
  • Product Management Tools: Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Asana for project management and collaboration.
  • Analytical Skills: Experience in data analytics and user experience design to inform product decisions.
