Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Retail Sales Professional to join our team in a part-time capacity. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting products, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service by engaging with customers, responding to their needs, and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and promotions, to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Ensure that the store is visually appealing, well-organized, and maintained at all times.
  • Support visual merchandising efforts by implementing planograms, executing markdowns, and maintaining stock levels.
  • Contribute to achieving sales goals by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, maintain a positive work environment, and support store operations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
