**About the Role:**

We are seeking a diligent and efficient Dishroom Assistant to join our team at Indian Fusion. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our dishroom.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware, ensuring they are sanitized and ready for use.
  • Load and unload buspans and trays with clean dishes, utensils, and other items, efficiently managing your time to meet deadlines.
  • Replenish condiments and supplies at tables and serving areas, providing excellent service to our customers.
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, work surfaces, and storage areas, adhering to high standards of hygiene.
  • Assist in receiving, unpacking, and storing supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas, ensuring seamless inventory management.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, contributing to a clean and safe working environment.

**Requirements:**

  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required; we provide on-the-job training to ensure your success.
  • You must be willing to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Frequent standing and lifting are involved in this role, requiring good physical stamina and endurance.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are essential for maintaining a positive working relationship with colleagues.
