Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $180,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Risk Modeling Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a leading role in developing our next-generation high-performance risk modeling platform. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and make a significant impact on the insurance industry.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing algorithms for efficient use of computing, memory, and networking resources. You will also work closely with our Software Architect and Product Owner to ensure that features are delivered on time and in a manner consistent with our existing platform.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong background in computer science (BSc, MSc, or Ph.D.)
  • Proficiency in Python and/or C++
  • Experience with cloud computing (AWS)
  • Familiarity with distributed systems
  • Knowledge of API design
