Marketing Retention Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Retention Specialist to join our team at BCLC. As a key member of our Customer Relationship Marketing team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing customer lifecycle journeys that drive revenue and positive player experiences through responsible gambling.

The ideal candidate will be a strong analytical thinker with excellent communication skills, able to build relationships with multi-disciplined teams and stakeholders. You will have experience working with digital analytics platforms, marketing automation tools, and customer data platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Adobe.

Your primary responsibility will be to use data, analytics engines, and CRM technology to develop customer segmentation, build end-to-end customer lifecycle journeys, and craft unique marketing campaigns in email, push, SMS, and first-party data initiatives. You will also contribute to the development of an enterprise customer lifecycle strategy, building, monitoring, and optimizing multiple campaigns.

In addition, you will proactively resolve player friction points across experiences and channels by developing action plans and scaling their impact. You will work closely with Agile marketing teams to create relevant experiences, touchpoints, and content for our players, drive responsible growth, and build our BCLC brand.

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,177.00 - $87,722.00 - $109,652.00 per year, based on your qualifications and market conditions. Our typical hiring range is +/- 10% of the midpoint shown above.
