Job Title: Client Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Client Care Specialist to join our team at Global Excel Management Inc. As a Client Care Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that corporate client requests are addressed in a timely manner in accordance with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between clients and operational teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Coordinate various services to meet client needs, working closely with Account Managers, other departments, and providers.
  • Develop strong working relationships with operational teams and Account Management to share feedback, knowledge, and opportunities.
  • Oversee claims activities and resolution, providing an exceptional level of Customer Experience.
  • Provide relevant and timely updates both internally and externally.
  • Escalate complex cases, process breakdowns, client complaints, or efficiency enhancement opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two years of work experience in customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English required, with additional verbal and written communication in French, Spanish, or German considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of healthcare services and medical billing practices.
  • Comfort with Microsoft suite of products and adaptable to different tools and technologies.
  • Principles and application of excellent customer experience skills.
  • Ability to work independently, organize, prioritize, and multi-task.
  • Resourcefulness and critical decision-making skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and professional written and spoken communication.
