Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Assistant Manager to join our team at SBMC HOLDINGS LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine Service Offerings: Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
Supervision

Supervise a team of 11-15 people to ensure effective team management and performance.

Computer and Technology Skills
  • Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word.
  • Experience with point of sale systems and spreadsheets.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail required.

Personal Suitability
  • Able to work accurately and efficiently.
  • Client-focused with excellent communication skills.
  • Organized and reliable with strong time management skills.
  • Able to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
Experience

7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Permanent position with 35-40 hours of work per week.

English is the primary language of communication.
