As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and success by identifying, developing, and closing high-value deals. Your expertise will be essential in building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions that meet their expectations.

This dynamic position demands a unique blend of skills, including drive, organization, collaboration, creativity, and accountability. You will have the opportunity to develop the skills necessary for progression into a Senior Account Executive role or sales leadership position, marking an exciting opportunity for career growth within FLiiP.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and create new qualified sales opportunities through market research and customer engagement
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, working closely with marketing and product development teams
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase FLiiP's suite of technology products and services
  • Manage the sales pipeline and accurately forecast sales opportunities, providing regular updates to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales collateral and promotional materials
  • Provide customer feedback to inform product improvements and enhancements
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, attending relevant conferences and events as needed

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience managing the full sales cycle in mid-level and enterprise client accounts or relatable industry experience
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and decision makers
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with sales analytics tools such as Hubspot
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficient with using the Google business suite
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close customers within a short sales cycle
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and French
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and flexible environment, across different geographies within North America and deliver to tight deadlines
