Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Territory Sales Manager to join our team at MT Talent. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying and understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions that align with their business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and understand client needs, offering tailored solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
  • Research and identify potential new clients to generate business opportunities.
  • Track and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet or exceed targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales and a strong history of results.
  • At least 3 years of experience in developing a sales territory within a relative industry.
  • Excellent bilingual communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to effectively manage customer accounts.
  • Experience in the industrial manufacturing and warehouse industry.
