Job Summary

This position plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office, including providing advanced administrative assistance and handling customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze complex reports and presentations.
  • Perform in-depth analysis using various software packages and databases.
  • Process orders and learn new software systems, including Microsoft Teams and SAP.
  • Provide advanced office support knowledge and skills.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or other media.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Handle customer complaints by providing solutions, often within a time limit to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or International equivalent.
  • 2+ years' office experience, preferably in a warehouse setting.
  • Strong analytical, oral/written communication, problem-solving, basic research, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook).
  • Accurate and rapid data entry.
  • Candidate must be fully fluent in both French and English (Bi-Lingual).
