Job Description

As a key member of the DEOL ROAD CARRIER LTD team, the General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives
    • Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure efficient operations
    • Formulate and approve promotional campaigns to drive business growth
  • Human Resources
    • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
    • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments to achieve business objectives
    • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Representation and Communication
    • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
    • Delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization as needed
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a senior management role
    • Permanent employment
    • English language proficiency
    • 35 to 40 hours per week
