About the Job

We are seeking a Support Staff to join our team at Paradise Freight System. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to ensure smooth operations;
  • Maintain accurate records of meetings, minutes, and correspondence;
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to employee inquiries and resolving issues efficiently;
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for team members;
  • Distribute mail and materials, and perform various administrative tasks as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field;
  • Minimum 7 months of experience in administrative support roles;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines;
  • Familiarity with diversity and cross-cultural training programs, an asset.
