At Ontario Inc, we are seeking a skilled Accounting Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and performing various bookkeeping tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
  • Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Post journal entries
  • Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
  • Prepare trial balance of books
  • Reconcile accounts

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
